高颈对焊法兰俗称高颈法兰，主要是颈部较高，对法兰的刚度、承载能力有所提高，适用于压力较高、温度较高的工作环境。本产品为美标高颈对焊法兰，壁厚、压力等级、尺寸规范等按照美标ASME B16.5标准要求加工

平面密封法兰，密封面平整光滑，有的密封面还带三角槽水线。这种密封面形式，便于防腐衬里的施工，可在公称压力p＜2.45MPa时使用，在0.588MPa压力以下、温度不高的场所尤为适宜。确保紧固时密封表⾯不断裂。

由于平面密封面与垫片接触面积较大，所需压紧力大，预紧后，垫片易向两侧伸展或移动。故聚四氟乙烯等摩擦系数较小的垫片，不宜采用该种密封面。如果使用缠绕垫片，为了重复利用垫片，密封面上不车制三角槽水线。
